This training takes place in person at Chelsea Piers Fitness, Flatiron in New York City. We will build a deeper understanding of manual adjustments by using our hands, eyes, and knowledge to align poses that produce more ease and harmony. Not only will this enhance your ability to teach, but it will also reinvigorate your own practice. To be keener in your observation and confident in your touch is to be more skillful in your offering as a teacher. Join us for this illuminating journey of understanding and sharing. Please note that this training takes place at Chelsea Piers Fitness Flatiron in New York City (308 Park Avenue South, 2 nd Floor, New York, NY 10010) and is designed for students who have already completed a Yoga Teacher Training program. Serious practitioners looking to continue their personal studies in yoga are also welcome to attend.. This training qualifies for Yoga Alliance 15 hours.
